About the Business
Owners Anthony and Chad opened Lick Honest Ice Creams in 2011 with a dream to offer “honest” ice cream to Austin, Texas. They wanted to create a small-town ice cream shop feel using locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by the creative spirit and local flavors of Texas, Lick Honest Ice Creams was born!

Lick Honest Ice Creams features everyday flavors such as Texas sheet cake, coffee with cream, caramel salt, and more! They offer dairy-free and vegan flavors such as peanut butter brownie swirl, coconut caramel cream, and chocolate chocolate. They have a variety of frozen ice cream sandwiches made with soft chocolate cake cookies. You can add toppings to your Lick Honest ice creams like caramel and chocolate sauces, chocolate cookie crumble, rainbow sprinkles, and toasted Texas pecans! They also feature super fun seasonal flavors like lemon poppy seed and loopy fruit.

The star of Lick Honest Ice Creams’ ingredients is milk from family-owned dairies in Texas and Wisconsin. They give special care to the milk and creams that their grass-fed cows produce. This is the only milk and cream used in Lick Honest’s ice cream. Lick Honest Ice Creams is committed to sustainability and its community.
